•平面組件如: 墊圈、墊圈、緩衝器、墊片、防振墊、塞子、橡膠塞，都適用模切製程。

•但是如果邊緣有R角，則不能使用模切製程，而應考慮成型工藝。
目前市場上所有的彈性材料都可以透過模切製程搭配背膠加工來實現功能性。
